Élaine C. Phénix counts over 25 years of experience in the Canadian capital market, especially as Senior Vice-President, Underwriting, at Lévesque, Beaubien, Geoffrion Inc. (today National Bank Financial Inc.) and as Senior Vice-President, Capital Training at the Montreal Exchange. Since 1999, Ms. Phénix is consultant in assets management and President of Phénix Capital Inc.. During her career, Ms. Phénix has been a member of more than 15 Boards of Directors of private and public companies and associations. Presently Ms. Phenix is acting on seven Board of Directors.
