Vision & Experience

After more than 12 years of existence, H2O Innovation still continues to proactively evolve towards excellence. With over 550 water treatment systems installed mostly in North America, we keep concentrating our efforts on the continuous improvement and development of our knowledge and expertise.

Today, our approach has changed, and we essentially focus on projects rather than products. Based on this move, we have reorganized the internal structure of our company to answer the new emerging needs.

Several changes have occurred, among which the most important is probably that our engineering department is now structured according to each one’s expertise. We now can rely on an expertise in electrical & controls, an expertise in mechanical engineering & systems, and an expertise in process & application. Also, an independent group of project managers has been created for an improved client interface, supported by a commissioning group dedicated to the start-up of systems. A service & after-sales group will continue to ensure long-term customer support.

Through these changes we seek to attain operational excellence in the execution of our projects in order to better answer your needs by improving documentation work, increasing quality control, and developing accountability for everyone at H2OInnovation – thus positioning ourselves at the cutting edge of the water treatment industry as a first-class complete solution provider.

We will also better integrate our client approach in a single point of responsibility for the design and operation of systems, based on our hybrid offering of systems and specialty chemicals & other consumables.

We are confident this new structure will lay solid and enduring foundations and will bring positive achievements
