External growth
H2O Innovation® continues to examine potential acquisition opportunities that could bring complementary know-how and technologies or expand its operations in North America or abroad. H2O Innovation® has completed and successfully integrated 9 acquisitions in its 10 year history.

Strategic alliances
H2O Innovation® also seeks to establish partnerships and strategic alliances to penetrate new market segments or countries, as it has done by forming H2O Innovation India Ltd., a joint-venture based in Mumbai, India to serve the fast growing local Indian market for industrial and institutional water treatment systems.
