The Southwest Region Vice president, Houston, TX will hold a permanent and full-time position and will work in one of H2O Innovation’s offices in Texas.

Over the past 20+ years we have grown to establish numerous regional offices across North America, have over 275 facilities under operational care, and serve our clients with a staff of nearly 680 professionals. Our services include operations, maintenance, and management of public works, water, wastewater, and utility billing systems.

The Regional Vice President (RVP) is responsible for ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of the Southwest Region by overseeing all management, operations, maintenance, billing and customer service
activities within the region. The RVP helps H2O Innovation achieve our financial goals and objectives, attract high performing teammates, and provide leadership to those reporting to you. The RVP position is
based in Houston, Texas.


  • Oversee and work closely with Region Managers, Project Managers, and O&M staff within Region.
  • Ensure positive and effective relations with current and potential clients.
  • Develop and Achieve performance objectives.
  • Adhere to annual expense budgets.
  • Follow TCEQ regulations and contractual requirements to ensure compliance.
  • Account for safety and operational performance of your Region.
  • Comply with all organizational safety procedures.
  • Account for personnel matters to include coaching, performance, and corrective actions within Region.


Preferred Bachelor’s degree and/or 7-10 years related experience. Minimum of 5 years advanced
supervisory or management experience. Management of contract operated Municipal Utility Districts
(MUDs) is required and investor-owned utilities preferred.

Texas Water & Wastewater certifications by TCEQ or comparable engineering discipline. Valid Driver’s

Knowledge of water/wastewater facilities. Working knowledge of OSHA requirements, DOT regulations,
utility SOPs, etc. Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications & internet. Ability to interpret
analytical results.

Quarterly meetings outside of region. Additional travel is possible.
