Water & Wastewater Operator, Spring, TX

H2O Innovation is looking for a Water & Wastewater Operator.


We are currently looking for an Operator to join our Texas team. This position accomplishes a variety of duties related to the daily operation of wastewater and water treatment (collection, treatment and distribution).



  • Perform daily inspections of specific wastewater and water plants and perform work as specified in the Operator’s Standard Operating Procedures (S.O.P).
  • Collect samples from sewer plant tanks and perform process control tests.
  • Inspect above and below ground lift stations and inspect and test equipment.
  • Climb water tanks and inspect hatches.
  • Manually operate valves as needed.
  • Change chlorine cylinders as needed.
  • Collect and record operating data as needed.
  • Clean bar screens as needed.
  • Adjust pump packing as needed.



  • 3 years of experience in the field;
  • C Water and Wastewater licence;
  • Valid driver’s license;
  • Good physical capacities1.
  • CSI is a plus !



Overall remuneration includes:
