For the application form for water taps for residential properties, a plumber’s Certification of Compliance, please click on the documentation on the right side to access the application forms. Please complete the appropriate form(s) and return with all necessary information and fees to the address shown on the form. Please remember that a plumber’s Certificate of Compliance form is required for each tap. A blank copy of that form is also available below.

*Please review the Customer Service Inspection Scheduling Days form below to find the days we normally schedule CSI’s in your District.  If you have a strong need for a CSI on a different day, please call us +1 (281) 353-9809 and we will work with you the best we can.*

For the application for taps for a commercial structure, please click on the link below to access the application form. Once completed, please return with any required information and we will calculate the required construction deposits (if any) and all applicable tap fees required. Please send this to the address on the cover page.
