SMS Acknowledgement and Consent

By providing your mobile phone number and opting into the Company’s SMS communications
program, you consent to receive recurrent text messages from the Company’s HR department
and authorized representatives. Message frequency may vary depending on the related activities
and communications needs. Consent to receive SMS messages is voluntary and is not a condition
of employment. Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier
and service plan.

You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying “STOP” to any message received
from the Company. After sending “STOP,” you may receive a confirmation text confirming the opt-
out request. Following confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages except where
necessary for emergencies or legally required communications. For assistance, you may reply

Your information and related consent records will be collected, used, stored, and protected in
accordance with the Company’s Privacy Policy and applicable privacy laws. Your mobile
information and SMS consent data will not be shared, sold, rented, or disclosed to third parties or
affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. The Company may share such information with
trusted service providers solely to the extent necessary to facilitate HR-related SMS
communications on the Company’s behalf and subject to appropriate confidentiality and data
protection obligations.
